Captain Interaction

I remember on last years version I think it was you could speak to your captain and tell him you want him to arrange a team meeting about the recent form.

I have now come to a point in my game where I feel something like this would be handy and can't seem to find it anywhere! Has this been removed or am I having a blind day and just not spotting it and if so could you tell me where it is so I can do it

I think this is only available when the situation is very bad - it's often not been there when I've wanted it...
