Not using real players. problem

Is it just me, or do the lower teams all seem to have far to many youth players in the first team?

Rochdale have 7 sixteen year olds and only 8 adults in the first team.

Checked several other league 2 teams, same thing.

reloaded the game and the same thing when I restart, toooo many kids in all league two first teams.

Yeah, the problem is that FM generates the players to be too good at too young a age. These players may not improve however.

I mean, I'm "unchecking" the option to use real players, meaning there will be no real life players in my game, however this seems to create far to many youth players in the first teams of all the lower clubs. Premiership seems fine, almost.

So is this a glitch then? I have the latest patch installed?

I thought that not using real players meant you just changed players names, they were still the same people. That may have just been old versions though.

It did use to be that way, but not anymore, start a new game and see for yourself. I cannot see it as playable like this as each start it is differant, but you still see far to many youths in all teams in championship and below.

Can't see this as a bug report so maybe this topic needs moving.

I once played a game in CM4 like that. The oldest England player was twenty. The goaly was sixteen and the Man Utd number one.
