Scouts who don't show projected minimum bid for scouted players...?

Is there a certain stat that Scouts need to show the projected bidding price for a prospect? I have some awful scouts and they don't show me how much money I need to put down for a player transfer.

I don't believe there is. If there's no price, it just usually means the club has no interest in selling the player (like indispensible) and therefore any bid would have to be massively above value for the club to consider an offer.

Not to necro, but that isn't the case. Usually it says when the club won't sell or the player isn't interested. These are just scouts who just don't show estimated bid values. B/c I have my BETTER scout scout the player afterwards and he shows me estimated bid values...

Scouts with low JPA and JPP won't tell the estimated price and wages.

Lower end scouts will give you less detailed reports and this includes financial details of a deal. Not sure on the exact stats required however.

Also scouting a player multiple times can help give more detailed reports

just get a scouting report and it SHOULD let you know an APPROXIMATE amount you may need to offer to buy the player

Low level scouts might not give you enough detail but try and scout the player multiple times with the same scout. Also consider doing match reports on them. This will increase the amount of information in the report and it should be more accurate.

IRL you could say, "just guess, dumbass!" and at least know whether a bid would be a complete waste of time. I'd like scouting to more hands on.

Even really good scouts sometimes dont show an estimated bid. I believe Jme10 is right.
