5 players have got two in a row on my mame (all AI managed), Marcos Miranda of Betis deserves a special mention, as he got two in a row twice, baging 5 awards between '29 and '30.

My players rarely make it on, and usually only when we don't qualify for, or exit early from europe. My best strikers drop a lot of league games.

One of my players does have the highest score to achieve golden boot in the post-modern era (in this particular save). Leonardo netted 41 for my NAC Beda team in '61.

Still some way off the 66 needed to beat Ferenc Deak's all time record, some 115 years earlier.

He was 19 when I brought him. Eased him in a little the first couple of years and then he exploded onto the world stage. He's starting to slow a little and not quite as deadly as he was. But that's like saying di Stefano wasn't quite as good as Puskas. Still way better than everyone else icon_smile.gif

Currently has played*

Spurs : 544 games, 715 goals.

Swiss : 114 caps, 112 goals.

*figures from Best Eleven page.

I don't think he'll end up a thousand goal guy. Did very little in his first four years. Mind you, if I add up his friendlies too maybe he's close...
