Coentrao
They signed Toulalan? Are they loaded like Man City or what? They also signed Buonanotte, Van Nistelrooy and a few more, should be interesting to see what Pellegrini can do with them next season. And yes, they are owned by some middle-east billionaire as well. Of course these new rulings might spell the end for UEFA as the super rich break away.

ollie laaaaaaaad
As ive stated many times UEFA have bowed to the view of 'stupid' transfer fees, but have once again bottled it, to get 'fair play' there needs to be a Europe wide salary cap something liek Wigan's self impossed with only two players say on over 30/40k a week. Sheik Mansour has already had lawys run over these rules since they were announced and has been told he can simnply invest a 'loan' into the club and just ask for a pound a month back for it be viable income e.g. he invests 300m and get £1 a month back and this 300m in used as a transfer budget. Alternatively he can create a 'new' fake company and have it sponsor manchester city by which they pay city a crazy sum
