Chalky1989 Posted June 7, 2011 Share Posted June 7, 2011 Started a new game where I'm gonna see what I can do in the lower leagues, and noticed that Capello got sacked by England as they got beat in the playoffs for the Euro's(He went to Man City after). They then appointed Harry Redknapp, which might seem like a reasonable one. He managed 2 friendlies, won them both, then retired at the end of the season, having not played a competitive game. Made me chuckle. I've put in a cheeky application, though I'm not sure they'll be looking to hire the AFC Wimbledon boss. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kellan Posted June 8, 2011 Share Posted June 8, 2011 This isn't exactly the same thing but whenever I play as OL, Puel always gets hired back by Monaco after a season or so, even though I really don't think he would ever go back in real life. Also this doesn't have anything to do with it but the the PSG boss just told me I was in way over my head after they beat me 6-1 in a friendly, while I was playing as a 3rd division Belgian side...wtf? Capello sacked after England lose in the Qualifiers including a 4-1 hammering by Montenegro... (yeesh how crap is he/England?)... Redknapp signed up, beats me if he'll do anything useful mind.
