The Idea that your team can interchange and roam from positions but stick to the tactics that you employ?? I like playing a short passing, high tempo and high pressing game. I never take long shots and I like to build play from the back working though the team before scoring. I normally have a philosophy set to fluid but have my creativeness more expressive. My players tend to stick to my instructions pretty well but they do tend to play a balls over the top which kills me inside. So if I turn the creativity down will my players be more willing to listen to what I say?? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
