What is the best thing to do - 1) sign all my current players up to full time contracts (gonna cost quite a bit in wages but will mean increased training levels) or 2) leave them on part time contracts and sign them to full time if we get promoted? AndyRich Posted May 30, 2011 Share Posted May 30, 2011 full time contracts. If you do get promoted, probably around 5 of them at least will have transfer stories surrounding them.
