Save Game Failed

Hi,

I just got my steam code and everything seems to be fine, but for some reason i can't save my game. I get this message (Save Game Failed).

any help would be appreciated.

There's a few threads in the PC Support forum about this and it says it's normally due to corrupted files.

You might want to do a complete reinstall of the game - here

Try the Steam FAQ as well. It's probably a corrupt file though.

Have you been playing your save for a while or is it new? You might lose the save if it's corrupted.

If you use rolling save then it might be worth your while trying one of the alternates to see if that's okay.

If you don't use rolling save then do. It really should be on for everyone so you always have a back up.
