Boardroom Request: Expand Youth Network

Hi there- I just started my third season and upgraded my youth facilities as much as possible. However, I have not had much luck getting quality regens in my youth system. Each season I get a number of players who are listed as not fit for the squad and have not had many players worth keeping

I know in the boardroom request menu, there is an option to expand youth network. However, I have never been able to get that request highlighted. Is there some step that I need to take to highlight it?

I think you have to jsut keep improving your rep, nothing else effects it AFAIK

Hover your mouse over the option and it will tell you what you need to do to access the request :)

You will always get players that aren't fit for the squad, in real life a vast number of youth players at top clubs go on to never have a professional career at any level.
