how to load database with more qualified African-based players

I hope the they will make more qualified regens from African clubs

but I don't need players from Djibouti,Swaziland ... clubs

When you start a new game you want to get the database to include all players from Africa (or go through the list of countries and tick the ones you want).

I am not 100% sure of the actual names of text boxes or options but it should be self explanatory to do this when you start a game. It's under database setup, or something. I'm in the middle of a game or I'd look.

As for making regens fro African countries, well that's down to pot luck if you are managing in Europe. There are ways it is thought of to make it more likely, from having coaches with extensive knowledge of Africa to having a number of players from there already. I suspect nothing is guaranteed though.
