In Serie A you can only sign one non EU player per season, but does this apply only for transfers or do loan signings count as well? Nik_Dut Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 yes, that including loan as well. irl, serie a club will use connection with other seria a friends club who didn't sign non EU players and then agreeing to loan and transfer to original bidding club to bypass this rule. but it will never implemented in the game on the same reason why you don't see rules on this in loan screen.
