But I don't understand how to do a clean reinstall. Neji Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 Clean Re-install. The details are in that link. If you need to see hidden files you need to do it through Windows. Goto 'My Computer' (or any folder) and click Tools, Folder Options, then click the view tab. One in there you will see the option to show hidden files. Check the box and click ok.
