Ratpack-RP Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 This has been quite a remarkable season. Not in the traditional sense, my Brighton side finished a solid 10th in the Premier League. No, it was remarkable because my youngsters have been cleaning up the awards all year As you can see, we won young player of the month every month. But that's not all! In those 9 months there was a top 3, meaning 27 positions were available over a whole season in the Young player of the month competition. We filled 23 of those 27 positions! (And in one case, it was filled by a player on loan from us to Blackpool!) Links below, but a quite remarkable achievement no? Probably because we play youth week after week, whereas AI teams tend to rely on the slightly older and more experienced player in their first-team.
