Match preparation

If I have match on Saturday, should I change match preparation to eg. attack movement right after the last match, couple days before the match or just the day the before ? So do I get bigger bonii if I'm preparing for a longer time, instead of eg. training team blend.

the day or a couple of days before will be enough. leave it on team-blend at all other times for morale/gelling purposes. you could focus on one area for longer but other areas will suffer so setting it to attacking movement for 5 days could mean that your defensive positioning is not so good meaning that you could not only score goals but also concede them..
