Help in buying players.

Recommended Posts

The value of a player is mostly down to his wages plus his club's reputation. If you buy the best players of smaller clubs around the world, you may get away with much smaller transfer fees than if you try to snatch players from the biggest clubs in England, Spain and Italy.

If you play in Spain or Italy (other than the top top clubs of course), any reject from the top 5-6 teams in England (especially Tottenham and Manchester City) will strengthen your team and cost virtually nothing. Any reject from the top leagues will of course also strengthen your team if you play in a lower league (including small football nations).

Look at their squad status. Important First Team and Key Players are much more expensive than Squad Rotation and lower. Check for ridiculously low Release Clauses in Spain.

Look for 18-21 year-olds who have an unusually high transfer value and scout recommendation from season two and onwards. If they look much older and wiser than their age would indicate, they are super-newgens and should be bought at any cost. That cost is usually not that high, though.
