Questions about tutoring

I've been wondering as to why SI changed tutoring to only be available for players under 21 of age? In real life, dont players still learn from each other even at an older age until their ego gets too big?

As manager, shouldnt we be able to teach our players about professionalism, pressure handling, keeping players temprement and such? Does interaction with players (other than warning/fines) have a chance to increase any of those hidden personality?

The other thing, i would really love to see that some of the player's personality maturing by themselves. They say you get wiser as you grow older, isnt it?

So what do our fellow FM'ers think about these?
