"Heir" to a player's position.

Recently, Manchester United appeared to have a great deal of help from Edwin Van Der Sar in selecting an heir between the posts.

Generally, players in FM don't want to help suggest players to sign when you ask them for advice and are looking for a player in their position. But as players age and you're looking for their heir apparent to fill their position, perhaps you should be able to ask a player if they can recommend a player who they think would bring something to the team as their replacement as they get on in years or set their sights on retirement, be it a player in the club's youth system or a well known player at another club. Of course, this wouldn't work with all players, but perhaps players listed as "favoured personel", "Legends" or "Icons" of the club.

I don't know if this has been suggested in the past or it's worth incorporating into the game along with the current Private Chat "advice" options. Just a thought.
