is it a fixture problem

Is it just me or is the fixture in the leagues just way to dense and unreal?

I have in the French ligue 1 multiple periods (about every two weeks) of 4 matches being played in a 2 weeks time, which means literally every 3 days a new match.

I am competing at multiple competitons (league, Europa league, french cup) but what baffles me is that i have 3 matches in 9 days just in ligue 1, now that doesn't happein in real life surely?
