Or does anyone know if there's a standard formula that these follow (when you see player ratings given in newspapers etc)? Any info appreciated. We do know there's a big negative bias towards perceived "mistakes" and goals give a big positive boost (probably more than they should do), but I'm sure you'd worked that out on your own.
