stant
Hi all. What kind of academic degrees, if any, are required to be a football manager, are there degrees that specialize in football management? Do ex-players have to earn a degree in order to coach a team or do they just take the reigns of a football club? Would make a lot of sense if SI included "degree in Whatever" as part of past footballing experience, instead of being an ex-footballer, as some coaches are hired without past footballing experience! SCIAG
Not degrees, no, but there are FA/UEFA/FIFA qualifications. To be a PL manager, you need a Pro License, which takes a year to obtain- there is some allowance (you're allowed to be working towards it, and SAF has been granted an exception). To be honest, there'd be no point. "Past experience" just adjusts your starting reputation, it doesn't directly change your likelihood of getting a job (though reputation does). EnriqueZove
I have one question. How to educate my support staff?

I understand your point about starting reputation and expierence, but it would be nice if SI could implement a education model for you and your staff, just for the coolness factor.
