I don't think so though players that come from international fixtures right before a match can be "tired from jet-lag".

At least i saw it a few times on my ass.man feedback when i had an australian player on my team.

depends on the length of the journey I suppose...

the weather definitely does, as does the tempo of your tactics and the intensity of your closing down settings.

I don't know for sure but I would say yes, the longer the journey the more tired pre-match your players will be..
