topazhuang
I have two computers, both of which are installed the FM2011 1130 patch. Computer 1 can load a saved game file. when I copy the file to computer 2, the saved game could not be loaded. what is the problem?
tom_numbers
I would normally have said different versions, but if it's not... Could you start a new game with the smallest possible database on Computer 1, then save and copy that to Computer 2 to try? That should give a definite solution as to whether it is a general problem or one specific to that save.
topazhuang
In fact, I tried to load the file in computer 3, and it worked. Is this concerned with the PC system or file paths? PC1: win xp; Fm path: E:\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011 can load PC2: win vista; Fm path: D:\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011 can not load PC3: win 7; Fm path: E:\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011 can load I will try to change the path in PC
tom_numbers
That is a puzzler. I can't imagine any reason why the drive having a different name would affect it's ability to load a file.
Wiitastic
windows vista has always been dodgy from day 1. With FM are you using the same Database on all 3 computers ?
