Fledging career through Internationals?

My question basically, is...

Is there any proof that when players get called up and play in international games, whether it be competitive or just a friendly, do they actually gain anything from it? I often get comments from my assistant saying that player X fledging international career continued in this game...but does it really? I do not know if there are any known advantages taken?

Does there hidden attributes improve, there personality change? Mental attributes imrpove?

Anyone know exactly?

I think their value increases once they become full internationals... other than that? No Idea...

Which improves them how? It obviously does in real life, but does it make a difference on here?

I'm not sure. All I know is that they gain experience for playing on international level, which can pretty much just help them.

I always notice an increase in stats when young players get their first international game, but no idea if it improves the hidden stats at all. I would imagine its all part of the equation to a player reaching his PA number, part of the development cycle.

I would have thought it bumped up their valuation, but surely it would help their mental attributes alot...not really alot of detail goes into the international players I feel...
