So when they get to about 21 they are pretty brilliant but only on about £2,000 a week. Whenever they moan I just say "If you can't accept things, you are going on the transfer list" and they are always happy. They are also always on Hot Prospect. But I've noticed that they don't play as well they might. Are the wages maybe linked to reputation. Or maybe squad status. And this somehow affects in game performance? Kain Posted April 26, 2011 Share Posted April 26, 2011 I would say it depends on how happy they are at the club. If they're all shown as happy and you're on their favoured personnel list, then there shouldn't be any issue. If they're performing under par, then perhaps they're just being played too much at a young age, or aren't coping with pressure as well as somebody more experienced would.
