Training On Football Manager 06' Handheld

Hey guys - just wondered what is the best way to train the players and get the best ouuta them on FMH 06' as most times i have them on a medium setting which isn't bad but want them to be at there best.

i find that putting them on the 'get fmh07 cos its awesome' schedule works great... icon_wink.gif

Actually i always have motivational to high, it seems to work for me and then the rest on medium. Also might pay to split up defenders+defensive mids and attacking mids+forwards, or have defense, mid and attackers separate with training specialised for each position (eg. dont have defenders wasting time learning how to shoot)

I agree, i normally make well attributed players train in their own position (eg Attking) and players who need training for defence go to fitness where i change the training to make it mostly fitness, motivation and defense light attack and no goalkeeping. Though what works for some may not work for others.
