National teams giving players back injured

I have been reading that when players return back injured to clubs (in real life) the national team pays the club some money as a make up for the injury he sustained. I cant recall who got this but someone in the English squad got injured (An Arsenal player?) And the club ended up getting 950.000 pounds from the FA. Or was that a one time thing?

I really want to see this getting implanted into the game, I hate it when I'm paying a player 200.000 p/w and he is out for a month because of an injury from an international match.
