huge shortlist?

isn't that an oxymoron?

I tend to go through my shortlist regularly, getting refreshed scout reports at least every 4 months or so and discarding those who would never be first choice buys... my shortlist has around 20 names on it...

Paying the damn leeches as little as possible ;)

there are 2 ways to do this

Option A - Pay high amounts to Agent & player for sign on fee and pay a lower wage

or

Option B - Pay alot less for a signing on fee and pay way higher player wages

Since I am managing liverpool, I go for Option A all the time
