What is your favorite Mental Attribute for Lower League Players?

Mine used to be Det; the thought being that they would fight harder to come from behind and win. Then I started focusing on buying MFers and STR with the highest Decisions possible; they are players who seem to be more likely to grab a lead in the first place and perform intelligently on the pitch.

What are your thoughts?

Its OK to flame me because I have high Temperament and Professionalism. :p

depends what position.

Concentration in a defender. Composure in forwards. 12s will do. Lower league though I'm more concerned about physical.

Im Leigh Genesis in Level 8 of the pyramid and there are lots of players with 1 strength and <5 stamina. Its shocking.

I specialise in taking lower league sides and trying to develop the youth I recruit. For me Determination is the most important starting attribute in all positions. Lower league players tend to be universally crap across the board - many Decisions 1, Strength 1 etc. However, with high determination my lads will keep going, and maintain decent morale. It's also the key visible attribute (with workrate coming second) to improving their other attributes through training.
