stant Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 No It's not a bug, but it is very annoying... If you are a big team always offer the highest contract offer you can to your coaches and scouts. And I don't think scouts and coaches are paid any where near as much irl as they are in fm - so they're less likely to want to relocate and move their families around frequently. I always take it as a personal affront the AI would try to take such a liberty as to steal from me so I steal their staff right back. Though on a sidenote, this whole charade seems to have slowed down lately on my saves, its only happened a few times in a dozen seasons across different saves. I suppose it has something to do with having the best staff + high reputation = people poach from you. Me, I've never had a highest rep team, I'm only just starting to be considered 10-1 for the champions league at truro, which is pretty high-rep but not real-madrid rep. I just had to offer every one my coaches new contracts because valencia wanted someone.....anyone from my club. Wigan almost did the same thing.
