Finances - "Other"

Could anyone please clarify what comes under the "other" category in finances please?

I seem to remember someone saying that scouting costs were one element that came under this category but I can't find any sort of info on other elements of this.

Advertising, Agent Fee's, Supplies and Travel apparently

It's random within a range, don't know how that range is set though. Test it yourself, save the game at the end of a month, continue to the first and see how much you spent on 'Other', then reload and do it again. When I did it with an MLS club it was 350K for the first time, the next time it was 500K. Pretty big difference, and as I said it was the end of a month so it's not like my team magically did anything to spend more money. Nothing changed at all except for the cost itself.

Also, the tool tip in game says other includes travel. Yet, I've also seen it be the same cost regardless of if i spend the month playing only away games and another month playing only at home.

There is no magical depth to 'Other', I think what changes it it based on the league you are in, the higher the league the higher the costs. But like I said, don't have specifics other then what I've seen the game do, don't know why it does those things.
