davidbowie
I've got a striker and a right winger constantly get themselves carded for diving. I'm in the middle of an away match to Norwich, 3rd game of the season, 1-0 up, tight game.. the striker goes and gets a second yellow for diving. Last season, he missed the FA Cup semi-final because he dived when we were 2-0 up with 5 minutes left against a relegated team. The winger has done the same thing on several occasions as well. I fine them, and they thinks it is unfair.
isuckatfm
I believe it's the hidden attribute 'sportsmanship'. If they're past the point of tutoring there isn't much you can do about it.
hugo_rune
My right winger(wide midfielder actually) was in the same category I criticised him in the strongest possible terms in the match conference after every game, but it didn't seem to make much difference. He got double yellow-carded four or five times in three years, I think - but he was in all other respects a great part of the team, so I kept him in. I never tried fining him. Actually, in my last two seasons I don't think he's done it, so maybe he has learnt?
Magnakai Haaskivi
For stuff like diving, I wish that there were a press conference question about the incident ("XXX was booked for simulation in your last match; how do you respond to the incident?" or something) so that you can express disapproval, especially after the second or third incident.
