Youth facilities

Hey all

I am about to start a new game where I realised how bad the youth set up is for the english clubs compared to the european sides. In the premier league, the only teams with good youth facilities man utd, arsenal, and chelsea i think, the rest are average or complete S***e.

Now when I was flicking through the german clubs and spanish, most of the clubs have good and excellent facilities.

I know this is not much, but it is a reflection of the real life where at the end of the day, the english premier league clubs have to buy foreign material rather than build on their own youth players.

So sad!!

agreed, arsenal and man u have great youth facilities IRL, and bring them through to first team over time, west ham's isnt bad, its a shame, as it will affect english football in the long run, barcelona are a great example of how a great youth system helps the team, and hopefully more clubs will look to that in the future
