Unhappy with their training schedule

Recommended Posts

heres what I do when that happens (i get that a lot because I have pretty intense schedules):

-tell them to work harder in training, if they react well then you'll notice on the training page in a couple days that they are now either content or pleased with their schedule

-if they react badly the next day i'll warn transfer list, usually if that doesn't work then screw them, they are in my bad books (if its an important player or prospect I'll lighten their sched instead beacsue its not worth upsetting them, otherwise its my way or the highway)

-or sometimes I'll realize that their schedule is actually too much and move them (i use sfrasers scheds and sometimes there will be a guy that recently became a regular starter that I forgot to move from developmental to 1st choice routine which is easier) however if I feel their complaint is unreasonable they stay on the same schedule and either agree to train harder or compromise their status on the team
