Swapping managers

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else noticed on 11.3 that it seems a fairly regular occurrence that teams will effectively swap managers? Here's a couple of examples:

At the end of 2010/11 season Madrid fired Mourinho and replaced him with Mancini. A few days later, Citeh announced their new manager would be...Jose Mourinho

Jan 2012 - Fulham fire Mark Hughes and replace him with Alex McCleish at a cost of £2m. A few days later, Brum hire Hughes

I suppose from the point of view that these cases were clubs of a similar stature it makes sense they would be interested in managers who had a reputation for managing a similar sized club, however IRL it doesn't work like this.

A sacking should give the manager's rep a hit so they have to take a lower rep job. Doesn't seem to be the case here.

I would say City are less than Madrid and that Brum could easily be below Fulham in the gameworld.
