Baptista_8 Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 Just about to start my 3rd season with Villarreal and haven't really paid much attention to my Backroom Staff so far. So have decided to revamp them ahead of my 3rd season. A lot of my 'Individual Training Focus' don't seem to be improving much so thought I may need some improved coaching staff. What are the ideal numbers of staff for a club like Villarreal? How many coaches should I look to have, etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

That being said, I don't really know the answer because I tend to play at smaller clubs and the backroom tends to grow in line with how the club grows in that situation.
