Biscotti
Basically, if you sell that player, the player will receive a percentage of the transfer fee. It works in exactly the same way as the same clause as part of a transfer offer, except you're paying the player instead of the previous club. mackemforever
HelloCan anyone explain me what is the sell on fee percentage when contract renewing? Thanks in advance As far as I'm aware it means that you pay them that percentage of their transfer fee. So if you've got a 10% fee in the contract and sell them for £1m then they get £100k of the £1m that you received.
Cougar2010
I don't know for sure but I imagine it means the player gets that % of the transfer fee if you sell him.

martin23
ive seen a couple that have it but only on % of the profit made on the transfer, which is handy sometimes
AndyPass
When negotiating I usually try to remove this. However, if you give the player 5 or 10% will they be more motivated to play well, increase their value and attract interest from bigger clubs?
