manager of the year?

just something that i'm wondering about: what does one have to do to become manager of the year nowadays?

In short: I'm in 2022 and I've just been elected most succesful manager of all times - made Belgium the nr 1 ranking team of the world, which in my opinion is quite the accomplishment.. and I've made my club -Standard Liege- the second best club in the world after Barcelona (damn them ) .. Won the champions league 5 times with them

This season I've won the treble.. which is not the first time.. and still, somehow, I don't get elected as manager of the year. Surely it's hard to do better as a manager than win the treble?

It's just a small thing but it's kinda annoying and I wonder what the manager that won did better.. Lately I never win manager of the year anymore, even though I've won the league 12 consecutive seaons.. Ideas anyone?
