4-1-2-2-1 tactic for either small or bigger teams 11.3

I'm giving you a chance to try the 4-1-2-2-1 tactic which can be usefuL against both bigger or smaLLer teams !!! I have tried it with Manchester City and England National team. I got brilliant results and some unexpected, unlucky losts but when team fits to the tactic the results following each other. Due to lack of a powerful consistent striker i've bought Cavani for 40M £ and for and extra creative midfielder bought hamsik for 38M£. I haven't tried tactic with another team but i guess it will work with any team.

Pitch Dimension : smaLL

oi: All of the opponents players are weak footed. Wingers, amc and strikers will be closed down always,tackled hard and tight marked.

Team Talks - I generally ask my assistant but in important matches i use i expect to win!

Match preparation : Def or att movement

Player attributes needed...

Gk: One on ones, reflexes, positioning and agility

Fb: Crossing,tackling,positioning,pace and stamina

Cb:Concentration,Heading,tacking,positioning,jumpi ng,strength,bravery and anticipation

Dmc : anchor man (Yaya toure , mascherano , diarra,etc...)

Mc : Box to box (milner, tom huddlestone,moussa sissoko)

Mc: ball winning mid(lee cattermole,jack rodwell,veloso)

Amc: Inside Forward (john fleck,gerrard,messi)

Amc : advanced playmaker (pastore,ganso,pjanic)

St: poacher or u will change it to target man attack(adebayor,cavani,bent,rooney,neymar)

Shootouts:While leading push higher up, shoot on sight,pass into space,retain possession.

While losing (u will change tactic to 4-1-2-1-2 it will depend on u) strategy overload exploit the middle, hassle opponents,look for overlap,take more risks,get ball forward,push higher up and decrease time wasting untick counter attack and tick offside trap.
