AjaxNo1
Anyone else done this to good effect, sign a young player, the agent normally puts a wage rise in after so many games ie: Starting wage: 4 grand Rise after 30 games: 20 grand Then offer the player a new contract after 29 games, they normally accept a wage rise to about 10 grand, saving you quite abit of money Ive done this with 2 players in my current squad, the fools lol
Bracken
Yeah I've done this, quite a useful way of getting around the wage increases. However, I just missed one, as I didn't get a message saying he was approaching his wage rise, so his wages have gone up before I could do anything about it
Chalky1989
Done it a few times, yeah. I tend whenever I've got a young player asking for that sort of deal though, that I can negotiate that 'After x amount of games' wage right down, so I don't need to bother anymore. bigdanio
Perfectly realistic. Players have no idea what is in their contracts. Agents know little more.
