dking
I've never ever seen this before. I was publicly criticised by one of my own players for a poor half time team talk. We were drawing 1-1 at half time and we went on to win 2-1 in a close fought game after I had done some tinkering. I've been using the same style of team talks for a long time and only ever had praise from players, especially after going on to win a close game. Why would he criticise me after we had gone on to win the game?
amero11
Were you playing away from home? Was the half time team talk harsh? Was he a new player? or has he been upset recently, could be a number of reasons.
dking
I always thought it was about how the team performed/reacted and not the individual when players made comments praising/crticising team talks. I mean it would be a bit of an idiot who openly criticised his manager when the team had just won and 90% of them had been motivated after half time. Not even Balotelli would be that stupid.
