Why can some players not be tutored/tutor?

Managing Villarreal, some players such as Emilio Nsue (20), Mario (20) don't appear on the list when i'm trying to get them tutored.

Also, players like Diego Godin and Nilmar if I remember correctly, don't have an option for them to tutor other players at all.

Just wondering why this is?

To be a tutor, players...
- have to be at least 24 years old
- need to have a higher squad status than the tutee
- shouldn't have recently tutored a player
- need to have the same main position as the tutee
- mustn't be injured
- (need to have a higher reputation than the tutee?)

These are the criterias I recall right now, there might be more.

This is not correct. They need to be accomplished/natural in same position. I have Fabregas (main position MC) tutorin Vrsaljko (main position DR/WBR).

Why would you have Fabregas tutoring Vrsaijko?
