derfinsterling
Hello all, is there an electronic (or boxed, if need be) version of Football Manager 2011 available, that *doesn't* use Steam? Didn't find anything conclusive in the FAQ. Thanks!
Guest
The boxed version does not require Steam authenticatins, just leave the disc in the drive when playing.

tmonkey
Hopefully SI will make future versions Steam only. Steam is class.
Biscotti
Hopefully SI will make future versions Steam only. Steam is class. While I am personally a fan of steam, it isn't for everybody. If SI made the game steam only they would lose a significant portion of their playerbase. Would be nice if they put it out on some other digi-distribution sites though

If the answer would've been no, Steam is an absolute requirement, I would not be interested in the game. I do hope they make their games available digitally, though, I'd rather have just an electronic copy than a box.
