I was having a good career and i am hitting myself for doing this! *facepalm* Probably not I'm afraid - your only chance is if you'd played that game last time previously - if then don't close the app or exit the game and transfer off the hidden.dat file from it using iTunes (thats the autosave file) and it may still be the one from your prior game.
