bluebirds4life Posted March 27, 2011 Share Posted March 27, 2011 Ruined a whole save with my Liverpool team, ruined a whole pre-season hours of work with my Cardiff save and ruined my half a season with Athletico Madrid. Why is this happening to me!!! After it says the message the game kind of freezes and it goes blurry so I have to go to task manager and delete it! mackemforever Posted March 27, 2011 Share Posted March 27, 2011 When you close your game do you save it & close the game and then shut down your computer? If you're doing this then it is possible that you're computer is shutting down before fm.exe has closed and so the game isn't being saved fully. This, possibly. When I used to play on my computer, I used to switch it off at the button instead of full switch off. This often caused most of the games to not load up again. Just happened to my pre-season Rangers save , definately not always to do with that as I quit the whole thing this time And Yeah I have the latest patch : ) Cheers! FrazT Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 Always use the rolling 3 game autosave Power issues can definitely affect the game saving process and , as was said above, shutting down the computer just after closing then game can cause saving issues as well.
