Martyr1777 Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 Never seen this happen myself but from what I've heard its a lack of disciplining players for red cards and/or poor performance. I'm a very strict manager though so I'm always critiquing poor play and giving fines for reds, would assume that's why I've never seen it.
