Scouting Regions

This for me is one of the most annoying things about the game, it is not at all clear what countries are covered within each region. I know each countries page will tell you it's region, but there is no way I have the time to check every one. I googled the areas but the is a LOT of overlap, i.e. most of eastern europe is also apparently central europe. Anybody have a definitive list of what each region is?

Also, is there any way of searching for scouts with knowledge of a particular country/region?

I don't think it's 100% accurate - it says that Croatia is in Eastern Europe, whereas I think it's actually in South Europe in-game. Still a very useful guide though!

On your second point: not to my knowledge unfortunately. Best you can do is to search for scouts of a particular nationality (or region). They should have a reasonable knowledge of the countries in that area.

Would be nice if in-game it just made a bit more sense... like I assigned a scout to central Europe and his first country was Portugal?!
