notoriousbps Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 Do staff that have better reputations work better than ones wit lower ones even if they have similar attributes. does the better reputation mean the better staff or does it mean they are more well known, like for example if you had a fitness coach wit the fitness attribute being 20 but a rep of national or local or a another fitness coach wit a fitness attribute of 15 but a rep of continental or world class, cos im trying t get a really good backroom staff so my team can develop well. which is better. thats my question thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Probably not very good but he will be know more than a club manager in League 2 who might be better!
