IbrahimAliMaher Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 I've been searching for MF for my Larisa team in summer 2011, and have noticed that there seem to be comparitvely few natural CM players. There seem to be loads of natural DMF with an accomplished rating for CM, and a fair few AMC again with accomplished for CMF but very few out and out box to box MF,or at least players comfortable with attacking and defending. Is this just an indication of the way the modern game has gone or am I just being overly picky? I should note I am filtering by stats I feel such a player should have, like stamina, work rate, reasonable levels of passing and tackling, decisions. bigdanio Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Bit of both I think. There are many, many players who can only play CM, or play CM naturally with other positions as accomplished. I think the more defensive ones tend to be put in as natural DM and the more attacking, creative ones are put in as AM. I think this works well enough.
