Young staff do they get better??

As my status says young staff do they get better, isit worth buying a coach at the age of 34 thats alright, lets say rooney, we know hes a good football player, but if he retired and became a coach would he get better or do the stats stay the same!

ive had a coach for 9 years! hes attack is 13 defending 12 hes now 45 and his stats haven't changed 1 bit!

Staff do have CA and PA, but I have no idea about how it works, or if it works to begin with

I have seen staff attributes improve but I have no idea how, when or why they do. Maybe something like having unproven staff working alongside staff of a higher reputation/

Ive only ever seen reputations improve, never coaching attributes

I had a young coach under 40 years old and when i checked him after a year "Attacking coaching" changed to 17 from 14, so i think yeah they can improve!

As noted above staff have a CA and a PA just like players, and it works in a very similar way. So not all young coaches will have a PA which is significantly higher than thier CA, but some will. The only problem is that there is no real way of telling the potential of a coach, so its kind of pot luck when appointing young coaches. I suppose players like rooney may be more likely to have a high PA when they become staff than a random unknown does but I dont know I'm just guessing

My current physio has improved from a physiotherapy stat of 10 to 13 inside a season, and I regularly see improvements in my coaches. I try to pick coaches with high determination, so maybe this has something to do with it?

thanks people! i brought a new coach start of the season, with attack of 15 now im 10 games into the season, it shows 16 now but defending has gone down from 19 to 17...

It does improve. It does seem random though. It's also the reason why you should never sign coaches over 50. There stats drop badly
